报告人简介
张润,研究员,澳大利亚昆士兰大学生物工程与纳米技术研究所(AIBN)、昆士兰农业和食品创新联盟(QAAFI)高级研究员,博士生导师。2012年于大连理工大学博士毕业后前往澳大利亚麦考瑞大学开展研究工作,获麦考瑞大学校聘青年人才计划(MQRF)。于2016年加入昆士兰大学生物工程与纳米技术研究所,任团队负责人。2017年2020年两次获得澳大利亚国家级青年人才计划 (ARC DECRA, NHMRC Investigator)支持。主要研究领域为开发用于生物、食品及环境样本实时在线分析检测方法;诊疗型纳米材料用于疾病的早期诊断、治疗及疗效评估等。在Nature Photonics, JACS, Angew. Chem., Acc. Chem. Res., Coord. Chem. Rev. 等学术期刊发表论文160余篇,被引用7000余次,H指数48。于2022、2023连续入选“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单,2023年美国化学会测试科学新兴科学家(ACS Rising Star in Measurement Science),2021年生物传感(Biosensors)、2022年皇家化学会新化学期刊(RSC NJC)新锐科学家(Emerging Investigator)。担任Trends in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry-An Asian Journal, Nanoscale Advances, Methods等国际期刊编辑、编委等学术职务。
报告内容简介
Small biomolecules are building blocks of living organisms, playing indispensable roles in all biological processes, such as enzymatic reaction, metabolism, growth, adaptation, and various disease development and progression. Therefore, determination and regulation the levels of these biomolecules in situ are essential for better understanding their biological roles in biomedical systems, and thus contributing to various diseases early diagnosis, treatment, and treatment assessment. In this talk, I will present our research on the development optical materials, including responsive molecules and nanomaterials, for reactive biomolecules sensing, imaging, and levels regulation for diseases detection, treatment, and treatment monitoring. The development of optical molecules and nanomaterials-based responsive probes for the biomolecules’ determination will be first discussed with a particular focus on the probes for background-free luminescence sensing and imaging. I will then briefly introduce our research on responsive nanomedicine for their levels’ modulation for tumor treatment。
